Prof. Yezid Enrique Donoso Meisel Universidad de los Andes Bogotá, Colombia	Yezid Enrique Donoso Meisel is a professor and Director of the Systems and Computing Engineering Department. He is a senior researcher at the Administrative Department of Science, Technology and Innovation COLCIENCIAS. He is also the past Chair of IEEE Colombia Section. His research interest are Next Generation Networks (NGN), Computer Networks (both wired and wireless), Network Optimization, Quality of Services, and Network Security.
Dr. Muhandis Shiddiq S.Si., M.Sc. Indonesian Institute Of Science, Indonesia	Muhandis Shiddiq is a researcher for Physic research center at Indonesian Institute of Sciences. He gained his doctoral degree at Florida State University.
Prof. Herve Boileau University Savoie Mont Blanc, France	Herve Boileau is a Professor in University Savoie Mont Blanc, France. He teach solid waste management, including incineration,biogas, biofuels etc. As Vice Dean in charge of International relations at Polytech Annecy Chambéry, faculty of engineering, He task is to develop students exchanges and research links.
Dr.-Ing- Suhendra S.T., M.Sc. Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Indonesia	Suhendra is a lecturer at Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. He got his doctorate degree from Chemical Engineering, Cottbuss Universiteit Germany. His research interest is Separation Technology (Distilation).
